MIKE HAAS, FCI WEBMASTER
NRA Benefactor member, dedicated firearms rights activist and professional software engineer, Mike volunteers as the State-wide Electronic Communications Director for the NRA Members' Councils of California and President of the NRA Members' Council of West Contra Costa County. He is also webmaster for this website.

Recognizing the need for a centralized communications resource, Mike unified the California Members' Councils in 1996 by developing an internal "MC" email network. He eventually donated the NRA Members' Councils CAL-ERT System, the Legislative Info & Contact Tools resident page (including 2 exportable versions), the NRA Members' Councils smart volunteer page, MCWINS - the Members' Councils' Web-based INformation System (a password-protected, internal-use-only volunteer management system) and the NRA Members' Councils Life/Death Clock.

Mike is also the owner and author of AmmoGuide and one of the originators of the growing Project Bore Snake.

Mike is also a co-founder of E-GovMail.com, providing affordable yet advanced e-newsletter/email services to groups, associations and government organizations.
