Picking and choosing which guns are acceptable under the Second
Amendment is roughly as stupid as picking and choosing which books
the First Amendment gives us the right to read. If we want to say
that the Second Amendment is there to guarantee hunters the right
to deer rifles, but not to so called "evil, scary assault rifles"
because they're "dangerous to society," then we're setting
an ominous precedent. [More.]
